Other Questions?

  • We like to remind our bakers to please call the partner (phone numbers listed here) before the cake is due, to confirm delivery. This is a good time to confirm the delivery time, as well as that the cake is still needed.

  • Send us an email! We want to make sure you know all the happenings from Community Cakes! Cakes are typically posted around the 20th of each month, and we send frequent email blasts letting you know cakes are ready.

  • Click here to view our food safety policy.

  • Please visit our baker resources page. From here you can fill out a form and we’ll mail you some new cards. In the meantime, you can print your own from the resources page.

  • The IRS does not allow donated time to be used as a charitable donation. However, any personal expenses you incur (think baking supplies you purchase) while baking for Community Cakes may be claimed as a charitable contribution. Mileage can also be counted as a personal expense related to your volunteer efforts as well.

We do suggest you contact your tax advisor, accountant or visit the IRS website for more information.
